TalonCOAT is only available in its natural black color. Adding pigments will affect the chemistry and the efficacy of the coating.

HVLP conventional air spray guns with a .8 – 1.2 MM tip and 30 - 35 psi is all that is needed to apply TalonCOAT.
We do not recommend airless sprayers because they put out too much product which leads to waste and higher cost.

The pot life is 2-4 hrs depending on the ambient temperature you’re spraying.
The warmer it is the faster the coating will start curing.

The shelf life is at least 18 months.

You don’t have to wait. Add the activator and shake or agitate well and start spraying.
The reaction between the activator and coating is an almost instant crosslinking.

The ratio is 25:1 by liquid volume.
